  1. want to know about column 13 of DDA form “Preference code”. What is the significance of this. Does it mean that our application would be considered for “Lucky Draw” only for those areas for which we have given the preference. Or if we get our name in lucky draw then only they will consider the preference order to allot the flat. They said you can fill xx if you don’t want any preference. if i want my application to consider for all flats then ????

  2. The preference will be considered when you get the allotement. In lucky draw it may not be considered. You should say your preference, then only they can realise which flat you can afford. Because the cost of flats are varying very much. So Include your preference also. Ultimately it is your luck and blessings from God. Wish you all the best.

  8. Do these banks really forward our forms or just keep it with themselves ? I remember lot of hue and cry raised last year when there was another housing scheme rolled out by Govt. I wonder if we got any means to check any false play..

  9. I dont think so. Normally they forward the application to DDA. Last year we could chek our status of application form from the DDA website. This year also there may be such a chance. Then we can see that our application form is accepted or not. If there is any such message we can assure that our application form has been forwarded. Wish you all the best
