Reliance Dual Advantage Fixed Tenure Fund - I - Plan I

Reliance Mutual Fund launched Reliance Dual Advantage Fixed Tenure Fund - I - Plan I. The plan seeks to generate returns and reduce interest rate volatility, through a portfolio of fixed income securities that are maturing on or before the maturity of the Scheme along with capital appreciation through equity exposure.

This is a close ended income scheme and will be matured only when three years completed from the date of allotment. The New Fund Offer is already opened in the market on 10th March, 2011 and closes on 23rd March, 2011.  The unit price of a single unit is Rs. 10 and the minimum required investment is Rs. 5000 and the multiples of Re 1 thereafter.

There is no exit load or entry load for this mutual fund. The scheme is available in growth option and dividend payout option and planed to accumulate around Rs. 20 crore in NFO period. The Scheme will allocate upto 95% of assets in debt schemes and money market instruments and the balance in equity linked instruments. The benchmark index is CRISIL and MIP Blended Fund Index. The fund managers are Shailesh Raj Bhan and Anju Chajjer.

The New Fixed Maturity Plan (FMP) is suitable for low and medium risk investors.
